Prograde Exteriors is top-notch! Jason was fantastic to work with, his communication was always extremely prompt and professional, which made the entire experience feel easy. When looking for contractors to do home upgrades, it is important to feel valued and treated like a paying customer in a professional manner. Jason provided that, hands down. The installation crew did a great job on the project itself, to include identifying problem areas of plywood that had warped, and replacing them to ensure roof installation was correct. The crew left our property spotless after they were finished. On top of the excellent service, the price was very competitive. You won’t be disappointed.  Our roof sustained damage from the July 2024 storm. After 2 contractors and no follow through, we found Prograde Exteriors. We needed someone to be a liaison between us and the big name insurance company. Mitch at Prograde was that liaison.  Mitch also listened to our preferences and explained everything in detail. I had a great experience with ProGrade Roofing. Juan came out to look at my roof, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help me understand an insurance claim for a retaining wall, even though it wasn’t related to roofing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even referred me to the right people who could help with the retaining wall. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
